At CHAERAE we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our products all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
- Items that arrive damaged
- Incorrect items sent by us
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
