All orders are carefully prepared and packaged before shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your shipment you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Chaerae is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
